Global Ambition 09/10

The Global Ambition programme links Shetland’s primary schools with schools nationally and internationally focusing on the topic of identity

Secondary School students present the project to their local primary schools and gather students interest, ideas and preferred themes

Secondary students and staff initiate discussions with the primary students on how they are wanting to work on their chosen theme

Secondary Students around the world share their experiences of the Global Ambition Programme

To enable every participant to keep up to date and to enhance planning, newsletters are regularly send to schools and published online

Videos, posters and other forms of media produced to assist promotion of the projects

The initiation, planning and delivery of the programme is supported and recorded by highly committed secondary students from participating schools

Global Ambition links schools across Shetland, Scotland and Worldwide
